Posting Jobs

When posting a job, enter in all the information you want the job seeker to see. Make sure to click save at the bottom of the page to get the new job posted. Jobs posted will stay active for 90 days, and any time in between you can renew or delete the job. When you post a job, an e-mail will be automatically sent out to all the registered jobs seekers on our site that have selected the same job title and industry type that you have indicated on that job description. This is a quick way to target candidates on our site that have shown a preference to a job in those fields. When posting a job you can change fonts, bold text, and much more. For help with the job editor click here.

When will my job be posted?
It takes about one day after you submit the job description to be posted on the site.

Candidate Search

You can refine your search several ways by highlighting criteria that will produce the type of candidates you want to identify. Start with a very broad search by selecting a job category. This will return all candidates within a given segment (sales & marketing for example). You can then filter further by specific job titles, industy types and locations. The keyword search scans the body of the candidate's resume. It is useful in identifying a particular skill (such as Delphi). For tips on resume keyword searching click here. To further narrow your search and to find that quality match, enter in parameters on the assessment results portion.

How do I contact a confidential job seeker?
If your search results bring up a confidential candidate, click on that candidate's link (confidential-5555, example). You will see that persons resume information, except for the personal contact data. If you are interested in that candidate, click on the link in the personal information section and that person will be notified of your interest. It is then up to that candidate to decide whether or not to release his or her personal contact information to you.

For example, if you are looking for someone who is moderate in creativity, you can enter a range of scores that will elicit a search result of only those candidates in that range. You can customize your search by assessment results using any number of categories and score ranges. Consult you user manual for specifics on what each numerical score means.

Adding Administrators

This is a great tool for companies with multiple divisions or properties. It allows for the setup of numerous administrators to use the site and find employees. One administrator is designated as the head, with rights to see all the activity on job postings, resumes saved etc. Sub-administrators can be allowed to used the functions of our site but only see the activity for their property.

What is the difference between Administrators and sub-Administrators?
Administrators have access to certain portions of a company's account to which sub-Administrators do not, mainly the Company Information and Assessment Administration. Hence, only the account Administrator can change the information for a corporate account and add sub-Administrators. The Administrator can also access the cumulative 20 20 Assessment scores for an entire company, while sub-Administrators can only receive scores from assessment-takers whom they personally direct to the exam.
